Join us as we celebrate 10 years of Broga
Broga is yoga for man, but this year we are hosting a mini retreat and we cannot wait for it.
We will begin with a yoga session targeted to our bros, a session to connect with your body and to unwind, leaving us ready for a practice of meditation in which you will explore different alternatives to create a meditation practice on your own.
We will finish with a workshop on Mental health that is in line with the Maori model Te Whare Tapa Wha.
This is beginner friendly and no yoga or meditation experience is required, this is for anyone wanting to learn ways to support their wellbeing, down to earth, relatable and realistic.
Your facilitator is Kotte Aguilar who has dedicated her career to support people's mental health in a fun creative, unique way, her fresh approach will leave you excited to learn more about yourself and how to support yourself.
