Our biggest job is to keep you safe, mentally, physically and emotionally, which is why we meet you where you are. We work at your pace, don’t get us wrong, we will challenge you but we will mostly keep you safe for you to grow and explore things at your own time.

YIN

With this practice you will be working your joints not your muscles, we hold postures between 3 to 10 minutes. We focused in breath and body awareness, we aim to increase the relaxation in our body but also to calm the nervous system and mind. All postures will be modify based on your needs, such as injuries, etc. This class is accessible to all levels of ability. Perfect for someone already active and training.

Vinyasa

Vinyasa, also called flow, because of the smooth way the poses run together, in vinyasa each movement is synchronised to the breath. This class is a workout, you are expected to get warm even as a beginner. The class works every single muscle, with this practice you are expected to improve the elasticity of your lungs, to detox your mind and body and to become more mindful and aware of your body. All classes are accessible to all levels. The different from FLEXIBILITY VINYASA, AND VINYASA is that it is at a slower pace, however the movement is still in synchronicity with your breath. It all begins with an idea.

Flexibility Vinyasa

Focusing in mobility to encourage flexibility, this will be at a very slow pace, as our focus isn’t on the speed or depth, but more into learning how we are moving and how to move, breath will lead your practice guiding you into the places in your body that needs focus. Slowing down will be essential for us to navigate each pose in a calm but certain manner.

NIDRA

It is a form of meditation, it is also known as “yogic sleep”. You will be lying down while you are guided in the session. The practice focuses on bringing your attention inwards, while we cultivate deep relaxation, while the body finds its own way to balance, the breath seatles and the mind becomes quiet, we tap into the unconscious mind, we go into a state called “Delta”, which is between asleep and awake. We go into a space of blissfulness and calm. This is a practice backed by science and we cannot wait to share it with you.

POWER

The strong workout, this class will empower you and awaken every single part of your body. A fast pace class, suitable for regular practitioners, level intermediate to advanced practitioners. You will need experienced for this class, this is perfect for someone wanting to strengthen their muscles

HIY

High-intensity-yoga. This is a short class where we focus not on quantity but quality of the work. Interval training with a series a postures targeted to a specific area of the body, which will vary each time. This class is perfect for those wanting an effective quick class getting your cardiovascular system working. This isn’t your typical HIY this is still working with breath and your letting go of quantity of repetitions.

Come and learn tools to help you stablished your own practice, to help you find calm and stillness during difficult and stressful situations, classes will offer different techniques and skills to give you a complete understanding about meditation and mindfulness.

Intuitive healing sessions, Kotte brings in her skills and experience to help you release, to help you heal, to help you open up to yourself. In this sessions you can work any difficulty that you are facing, the sessions aim to give you clarity, awareness and understanding of your energy.

Often we need someone to bounce ideas with, someone that can guide us and help us understand our own needs. The coaching sessions are all unique and different based on your needs, wether you want to start a new venture and feel unsure, or you aren’t sure what career you want to pursue we can together find the right path for YOU!

Learn emotional regulation skills through connection with the breath and increased body awareness. Classes are available to participants engaged in the ISSC ACC sensitive claim process. This is a funded class please contact Gareth for more information about the process.
